Originally from a small town in Nebraska with a population of 85 people, Justin graduated high school with nine other members of his class. He studied biochemistry in college, but then decided to change his career path. Following graduation, Justin moved to San Diego where he was discovered by a modeling agent at a local McDonald's. Soon there after came his first modeling job in an Abercrombie & Fitch commercial. After his first commercial job, Justin began to study acting.

Justin has guest starred on ABC's Hope & Faith, and CBS's Cold Case and CSI Miami. As well he has been featured as Daytime's Hottest Star in Teen People, Us Weekly, Star and J-14 magazines. Justin currently stars in NBC's Knight Rider. Justin resides in LA and is married to his All My Children co-star, Alexa Havins.
